With a score of 82.87, Battistella Company is among the companies selected in the Furniture category by the research published in Affari&Finanza – la Repubblica.

Workplace quality, seen through employees’ eyes

Top Job was created to assess employer reputation, looking at companies not from the perspective of corporate communication, but through the perceptions of employees.

For Battistella Company, being included in this ranking is both a positive recognition and an incentive to continue investing in the quality of the workplace experience.

Because a company’s growth also depends on its ability to create an environment where skills, collaboration and responsibility can develop and generate value.

The virtuous cycle of the Pannello Ecologico®

Every panel used represents a new life given to already existing resources, reducing the consumption of virgin raw materials and contributing to a circular production model.

Battistella Company among Italy’s sustainability leaders

In 2026, Battistella Company was selected among the 120 most sustainable companies in Italy according to the annual report compiled by Il Sole 24 Ore and Statista. This recognition confirms the Group’s commitment to an industrial model increasingly focused on sustainability, circularity, and the responsible use of resources.

At the heart of this achievement is a concrete vision of the circular economy: not an abstract concept, but an integrated approach involving materials, production processes, and the supply chain. For Battistella Company, sustainability means the ability to manage waste by transforming it into a true industrial lever, reducing waste and environmental impact.

Circularity thus takes on a tangible form: 95% of the materials used are of recycled origin, while 90% of the procurement budget comes from Italian suppliers. These two figures reflect a strategy based on environmental responsibility, as well as on the enhancement of the national supply chain and a more conscious management of resources.

“For us today, the circular economy is a concrete industrial model, not a slogan: it means integrating materials, processes, and supply chain in a coherent way to reduce waste and environmental impact,” says Alberto Battistella.

This recognition confirms Battistella Company’s commitment to building a business model capable of combining innovation, production efficiency, and sustainability. A direction that looks to the future of industry not only in terms of growth, but also in terms of responsibility towards the environment, the territory, and the supply chain.
